GPR is without doubt the best thing since sliced bread, it allow us to see under the ground without the need to dig, or to remove concrete or Bitumen. Some soil types can limit the result but providing the sub soil is dry most objects can been seen.
The technology incorporates High Frequency Antenna to send pulses into the ground much like a Echo Sounder in a boat. The hyperbolic pictures represents items under the ground and can assist in finding many objects.
